Care Porter Nepal is an organization which provides quality training, health treatment, necessary trekking accessories and related programs to improve the living standard of porters and their families.

Vision
In order to secure a lifestyle for porters that includes good health and education, and also a strong economic standing which places them on a par with the rest of society, porters' labor should be valued according to their hard work. They should be paid a standard rate on time.

In society, everyone should understand that porters are the backbone of the tourism industry. Trekkers appreciate the importance of their porter on a trek.

The porter's occupation is as respectful a job as any other. It carries it's own responsibilities. Therefore, it is important to create a healthy working environment for all involved. We strive to maintain an organization run by porters, for porters, to protect their rights and to provide facilities for them as a general community.
